The New Mexico Interfaith Dialogue will be having an in-person dialogue on Thursday May 21st, 7:00 to 8:30 pm, at Islamic Center of New Mexico, located, 1100 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. Our speaker will be Imam Dr. Mahmoud Eldenawi. We look forward to an engaging dialogue about “I am a Muslim and Here Is What I Would Like People to Know about My Faith.”

About the Speaker: I was born in Egypt and obtained my doctoral degree from the prestigious Durham University in the United Kingdom. With a passion for Islamic studies, I returned to Egypt to serve as an assistant professor at Al-Azhar University. I also served as an Imam at the Islamic Center of Little Rock, Arkansas, guiding and inspiring my community. Since 2021, I have served as Imam of the Islamic Center of NM, the largest mosque in the state. My work is guided by a deep sense of compassion, wisdom, and commitment to fostering harmony.
